As the highest large lake in the world, Namtso Lake is located in the southeast of the Tibetan Plateau, next to the towering Nyenqing Tanggula Mountain. The vast grassland surrounds the Namtso Lake. With abundant water and grass, flocks of yaks and sheep graze leisurely on the grassland, adding vitality to this peaceful land. It is the largest waterbird habitat in Tibet, attracting thousands of migratory birds to roost and fly here every year, such as yellow ducks. When you stand by the Yamdrok lake, what else can you do? Of course, keep pressing the shutter! The lake is also a place where many trekkers clock in. When in summer, the lake water is abundant, and the surrounding mountains are covered with green vegetation, which contrasts with the blue sky and white clouds. In winter, the lake may freeze, and the surrounding snow-capped mountains are more clearly visible, presenting a serene and mysterious beauty.
