Tibet Hotel Booking with Free Cancellation
For foreign tourists who have traveled a long distance to visit Tibet, it is not uncommon for them to have to change their travel plans due to various unpredictable personal reasons. As a renowned global tourist destination, Tibet is very considerate in its hotel cancellation policies. While different hotels have their own regulations regarding cancellations, the majority of them allow free cancellations up until 6 p.m. on the day of check-in. This flexibility is designed to accommodate the unexpected challenges that travelers may face, ensuring that you can adjust their itineraries without incurring unnecessary financial losses.
Tips for Booking a Hotel through Our Travel Agency to Minimize Trouble
Under the current regulations for traveling to Tibet, foreign tourists are required to book their accommodations through a travel agency, and it is essential to choose hotels with foreign-related qualifications to ensure English services are available. Our travel agency ensures that all hotels arranged for foreign tourists are at least three-star or above, conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for you to explore and enjoy local cuisine. However, in remote areas where conditions are limited, guesthouses may be arranged. If you have a preferred hotel in mind, we can accommodate your request. But if there is a significant price difference for the same category of hotels during the same period, an additional fee for the specified hotel will be charged.
During the peak season from June to August, when the influx of tourists is high, I highly recommend consulting with us in advance to secure your desired hotel or room type. For those who cancel their Tibet trip more than 20 days in advance, the hotel fees included in the Tibet package will be fully refunded. Otherwise, for other hotel cancellations, different hotels have varying policies. Before booking, clarify your needs, such as budget, location, and facilities, and communicate clearly with our travel agency so that our travel consultants can recommend suitable hotels for you. Be sure to inquire about the cancellation policy of the hotel you are booking, and our consultants will patiently answer your questions. Upon check-in, if you encounter any issues with the room facilities or hygiene, please contact our tour guide immediately, and we will arrange for a more comfortable room for you at no extra cost.
Conclusion
When you book a Tibet travel package with our agency, rest assured that you'll receive a comprehensive written confirmation that details every aspect of your hotel arrangements. This document includes the exact name and address of each hotel, ensuring you'll never be left wondering where you'll stay. We list the check-in and check-out dates clearly, along with any special services or amenities you've requested. All our partner hotels are carefully selected based on their quality, safety, and proximity to major attractions. We're always available to answer any questions or make adjustments if needed.

plan a 7-8days trip for me and my boyfriend in April
Hi! I would like to plan a 7-8days trip for me and my boyfriend in April (3rd to 10th ideally) to Nepal, Tibet, and, if possible, Bhutan. Do you think it would be doable? Based on what I read, there are some places/things to do to consider: Nepal: Everest Base Camp trek and the Annapurna Circuit, ancient temples, sacred sites like Lumbini, Kathmandu, Tibet: The Potala Palace in Lhasa and the Jokhang Temple. eventually the holy Mount Kailash or the high-altitude plains. Bhutan: Thimphu, Paro, and the famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery. To take part in cultural traditions, yoga, meditation... Of course I am open to any recommendations you could make. For your reference, we are both based in Asia: him, in Bangkok and myself in Macau. Thank you so much for the information you could provide and, if possible, an estimated budget for your offer.
